Repair Error “Registry Editing has been disabled by your administrator”

If you meet error"Registry Editing has been disabled by your administrator"When you need repair Registry on Windows
Go to Start Menu –> Run –> GPEDIT.MSC ,then you open "Group Policy Editor"and find user Configuration –> Administrative Templates –> System –> Prevent access to registry editing tools –> Disable –> OK then you restart your computer.
